I've heard lil bee and ren pei raved about their curry. They usually visit the outlet at Demphsey road.

when mum saw the dishes, she didnt quite believe that this place is famous or the food would be good but i managed to convince her by pointing to the board where the awards are.
I called lil bee and ren pei up to check on their recommendations on what to order.
We were first served rice, cabbage and cucumber...
Ordered the garlic naan as per ren pei's recommendations...
it was not bad.. tasted like garlic bread! haha
Had a black squid....
abit on the saltish side, was rather expensive though.. costs $10!
Ah yee and uncle sq ordered the mutton curry...
i didnt try it coz i dun take mutton but uncle sq didnt stop giving compliments to the dish saying its really good.
The masala chicken...
Pei highly recommended this but didnt find it particularly nice.
Our fish head curry...
Gravy was so thick! Pretty good but mum said she prefers the fish head from Wo Men De.
The overall bill came up to about $50 odd.
