Nissin King Cupnoodle

Check this out! Oh I should have took this beside a normal cupnoodle to let you have a sense of how relatively bigger it is. But this is indeed much bigger!

 

 

 

Pretty good in taste! Even the shrimps are much bigger Than normal ones!

Got it from one of those Japanese concept shops in KL. Not cheap thou, worked out to about $6-$8 sgd.

Marks & Spencer Granola & Yoghurt (Dubai)

Not found in Sg Marks but found this in Dubai's one. It's so damn good, they weren't kidding when they said its extremely delicious!

 

 

Yoghurt melts with granola and raisin! 

Sweet and crunchy, super good!

Muji coffee

In view of how hard it was to get hold of the Just Drink latte, seeing this muji coffee just made me want to buy and hope that it's just as good....

Which I did... But nope, nowhere comparable. The muji coffee was not thick enuff. It was also not flavourful enuff. The one with brown sugar tasted more like brown sugar water with a faint coffee taste. 

Langue De Chat

This is really quite nice! I can't say it's totally like 白色恋人 but it's that type of cookie and it's really pretty good! I wrongly bought the chocolate one previously which was still nice. Best thjng is, the inside is individually packed, great to keep in the office as a random snack when hungry or mouth itchy!

Just Drink (7-11)

Noticed this popping out on my social media recently and it's another craze!

Proudly brought to you by 7-11, sold out almost nation wide. Brought a lot of business to 7-11 coz I already hearsay a lot of people have been going 7-11 hopping just to get a bottle. Also hearsay the prices have been speculated to $15 a bottle online (Duno how true, hearsay only).

Said to cost only about $1 in Taiwan, charging at $2.80 here in Sg 7-11 and 抄到 $15!! Sounds like a must try! Esp since I'm a milk tea lover! I mean, it's so hard to resist Teh Peng! 

So anyway I was so lucky, through a contact of mine, I managed to get a couple of bottles! 

It's like wow finally got my hands on them!

I tried the milk tea first...

While the milk tea was nice, to be honest I wasn't impressed. It was just a not bad Teh Peng. 

But then the latte, that was amazing! The latte was so fragrant, can smell it even before consuming. We couldn't help but compare it to Old Hen's cold brew (which we really really like). Which this is a much cheaper alternative and much more accessible one (not now, after the craze is over).

And u know the biscuits on the top picture, there's a langue de chat. The white chocolate one is so good! Go check it out at ur next nearest 7-11!

Stellar Popcorn

I got quite excited when I saw these at the Orchard Isetan supermarket some weeks ago...

Immediately I grabbed 4 packs. 

Gave one to my friend and of them I have since tried the ham flavour. Which didn't taste much like ham but yeah the flavour was ok. 

The Parmesan cheese one sadly tasted more sweet than salty or cheesey. I would have liked if it really tastes like Parmesan cheese! 

Truffle Ritz cheese sandwiches

I chanced upon this today at Shiok Japan. It is SO GOOD! There's really the truffle taste! 

I bought the last 2! It's out of stock now :(

Golden Gaytime (Sydney)

when my cousin jessica saw from instagram that i was in australia, she strongly recommended this ice cream... Golden Gaytime....



what a name. hahaha.. but very nice!! its like some vanilla with toffee icecream wrapped around in chocolate and some honeycomb and cookie like exterior. very yummy! after this, we totally threw our pink magnum agreement out of the window and we had gaytime like every day! its sooo good! available at most convenience stall and generally places where you can find magnum u should be able to find gaytime.

Lipton Virgins (Sydney)

interesting drinks! they have many nice bottled designs for my sparkling water! Zebra print leh! and shan found this virgin pina colada and virgin mojito drink...



the virgin mojito drink is soooooooooooo good! sooooo good im hooked. so good i bought 4 big bottles back. so good i emailed lipton to ask them if they would import it into singapore to sell. so good that now on fb when i see people in aussie, i shamelessly request they buy it back for me. hahahaha

Juchheim

 izzy surprised me with this Juchheim box of biscuits...




knowing about my recent love for Yoku Moku cigare biscuit, he went on to check with his japanese friend who told him that this brand has a similiar biscuit....



although in terms of texture and flavour, this brand's biscuits are not as fine as Yoku Moku, it is true its similiar. Also, its true that it is possibily the closest we can find as substitute here in Singapore.

Yung Kee

many of you would know by now that i have been asking for people who go Hong Kong to get me the Yung Kee century egg. i have been craving for it!

and dar dar got me some from hong kong but we've not been able to arrange to meet up. today when i woke up, i got a text from dar dar saying she has delivered my fav eggs over and...



waking up to such a sweet surprise is sheer joy! thank cute dar dar!!

i am so happy with meixin's goodie bag.. i spent the afternoon slowly relishing the contents. the japanese vanilla 'cigar' is soooo good!

bought these at the 7-11 near my hotel...







they cheese one is pretty good! meina gave me a pack of abalone one earlier also. thats also really good! taste like chicken biscuit!

got this snack from a korean mart at marina square...



i got it coz it looks like Niki's pet treats! but it doesnt really taste good.
