Ah Chiang's Porridge

i headed over to toa payoh. went for ah chiang's porridge at wendy's recommendation...



raw fish...



chinese style! pretty good!

century egg...




im missing the yung kee (hong kong)'s century egg!

pig liver and minced meat porridge...





their pig liver is awesome!




so tender and done just right!! damn good!
