was some minced tofu thingy.
there was a salted squid gut thingy.. i think it would be bbq-ed .. turns out it looks like this...
it was really saltish and its got that seafood raw taste.
we also shared sashimi...
their sashimi is really really good. really chilled.. n thick and fresh. its SO DARN GOOD!
also shared a ox tongue...
one of the most chewy ox tongue i've ever had!
some fried fish...
this fried fish thingy wasnt impressive though.
