service tonight was LOUSY. Many unpleasant incidents but the worst was this Mr Sean Loo who served us our japanese soft drink, when he popped the marble into the bottle, the drink overflowed and spilled onto Peishan. Not only did he not apologise, he looked on like it was nothing. We are certain he is aware that she was spilled because we were trying to dry the drinks on her and her white tee shirt! I think this is the last straw. I think any normal person would have apologised, let alone a server. The biggest joke was, Mr Sean Loo seemed to be a manager.
we wrote in to waraku through their website but there was no followup from them at all. Obviously they are not interested in offering good service.
Peishan totally upset over the bad service received..
food wise, its great as usual.

very fresh fish and scallops used.
for mains.... katsu don, tuna minced rice and unagi don...
not hard to guess whose tuna minced rice is dat. everything was pretty good.
beef on bbq leave thingy...
gimmicky, didnt find it particularly good.
hotate mayo....
very nice! we end up ordering 2 portions!
mackerel...
also good. has lotsa bones though. priscilla's favourite. mum's favourite too!
gave the ladies a treat to thank them for their long time support. these ladies are very nice. =)
