walked past this place the last time i met ishan for lunch here and been meaning to try. their decor is very nice... and the name somehow reminds me of willy wonka. haha

they have quite a variety of oysters though we didnt order. probably will be back the next time for it.
we shared a mushroom starter..
served chilled with olive oil, it was pretty good especially the baguette with mushroom spread.

i heart rockets! with the cheese and vinegar.
for mains, joey had the ham and cheese macaroni...
its really good. its a bit different from the typical cheesy baked macaroni... the cream sauce is quite milky... different so i like it. can get a bit gerlard after awhile.
ishan went for the club sandwich...
the unique thing is the bread....
its got bacon embedded inside! its quite good. and it is served with loads of baby spinach... yum. even the breast chicken meat is quite tender.
i went for their special roast pork....
it is SO GOOD! ishan loved it. for starters, the prawns are really crunchy. the pork is a big piece, very very very crispy skin. the meat is not overly oily.. in fact its very lean.. its super tender meat. SO DARN GOOD!
