Por Kee Eating House

after swimming, wendy said her friends jio for dinner so i went along. they brought me to this tze char place at tiong bahru around. to be exact, its 69 seng poh lane. its called Por Kee Eating House...



her friends did the ordering and initially, the first dish was a simple (boring) fried vegetables...



but one after another, the dishes were wow, wOW, WOW!!

first was their homemade beancurd!!




super good! so smooth and the taste! its got a little bit of shrimp paste taste (in my opinon) and its just damn good la!

den it was the fried egg with shrimps...



this is really good! the sides are really crispy.. the centre is ok fluffy and the shrimps are soooo crunchy! very nice!

and then it was the chicken essence frog leg....



its so good! the sauce yummy and the frog leg is so tender!



den it was the highlight of the meal!! their champagne pork rib!!!!




its as big as piece of steak! ITS SO DAMN GOOD!!!



the fish was not bad...



and i love crispy chicken in general!



most of them were too full for dessert so wendy and i went ahead to share.. yam paste!



its corn syrup on top and their yam paste is damn good!!

im so coming back!

wendy and i were saying.. there goes our swimming for today!
