conrad had a much more cozy feel than marina mandarin but we kind of enjoyed the cushy sofa seats at marina mandarin.
but i like the nuts from conrad!
a good variety particularly the gave premium nuts and raisins etc!
kaizhi's mocha...
kaizhi and myself were both really sleepy. in fact, we both already had a cuppa coffee earlier at Mad for Garlic.
just when camilia thot surprises for tonight were over, i suddenly thot of another surprise for her. made an excuse to go the toilet and managed to get the server to help ask the lady to sing a happy birthday song for her. but they surprised us even further by going the extra mile. they got her a cake!
and it was a very nice yummy cake!
its chocolate with the crispy crust below. the chocolate mousse on top is not too sweet and not too bitter. its really good.
and when we thot that's it, they came again with a bear for camilia....
major thumbs up for conrad and their wonderful service!
i hope you enjoyed ur birthday camilia! i think birthdays should be special.
