Fifty Nine Restaurant (Johor Bahru)

for the whole day, i was craving for something i've not eaten coz randomly different people have been raving to me about this famous abalone noodles in JB. Praise was saying its a must have in JB, the branch folks as well. i was damn eager to try it so i asked Mr Chua who claims he has not tried it but apparently he specially came in here yesterday to try it (without me!). he claims he wanted to come here n be sure he knows where the place is first before bringing me in (bullshit -.-)

it did have quite a bit of 'liao'.. hmm overall im not impressed thou. tastes like something mum can cook at home and probably can do better .. heh


mr chua also ordered otah (this otah is an essential point.. read on).

this abalone stall is right beside a wanton mee stall which mr chua raved to say its really yummy. sadly, the stall is not open till 11 pm so we headed for a massage.

as we were eating the wanton mee later, the otah aunty came along wanting to ask if we wanted to order otah and den she recognised us and she luffed and said.. " luckily the stall in front not open.. if not u must eat round 3 already " HAHAHHAAHA
