we got there quite late and the live band was singing...



we shared a jumbo combo....



it arrived in a very impressive presentation!

the top is their santa fe spring rolls.....



and i typically dun particularly like spring rolls but their spring rolls is good! When i was there, i couldnt quite make out what was inside and it was too dark to really read the menu so when i got home, i did a check online and their menu reads.. " Stuffed with spinach, black beans, cilantro, corn, jalapeños, diced red peppers and Jack cheese. Served with fresh Hard Rock Grilled Salsa and guacamole Chipotle Ranch dressing. " the spinach and jack cheese must have been what got me. I like it very much.

Potato Skins
Large potato shells, fried golden brown, filled with Jack and Cheddar cheeses, crisp seasoned bacon, green onions and parsley. Served with a side of sour cream for dipping.

Tupelo Chicken Tenders
Boneless, seasoned and breaded chicken tenders, served with honey-mustard and Hickory Bar-B-Que sauces on the side or tossed in our Classic Rock or Heavy Metal sauces. Served with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.

Original Hard Rock Onion Rings
Hand-cut and breaded fresh daily in our kitchen and served with Hickory Bar-B-Que sauce on the side.

Hickory Smoked Chicken Wings
Colossal wings, hickory-smoked in our hardwood smoker, with your choice of our Classic Rock, Heavy Metal, or Tangy Bar-B-Que sauce. Served with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.

all the items were relatively good. the only one i didnt try was the onion ring coz i typically dun take onion rings.

what i particularly love about them is the sauces that comes with the items....



ok, i'll be very honest, its the blue cheese sauce that got me. hee hee... LOVE IT!

the legendary burger...



its huge and its FABULOUS!



was given the option of the choice of cheese and i chose the swiss cheese.. which is a great choice i'd say. haha . the burger is simply GREAT! dar and i agreed. Its been quite awhile since u find such good burgers. I personally feel that the best part is the patty. Its not too heavily marinated till u lose the original beefy taste. In fact, at every bite, u can savour the original beefy taste. its SO SO GOOD! we're DEFINITELY COMING BACK FOR THIS!

Also, the fries are also really good.... this is coming from a non fries lover.

the steak is really good! its tender and juicy and the taste is great.

which was pretty tasteless.

for desserts we shared a apple crumble....



which i didnt like because of the cinnamon powder so i barely tried.
