Japanese - Hito (First visit)

I met up with Joanna, Brian and Elica at this restaurant called Hito located along the old capitol building.

Its a japanese restaurant. They went there because they had wanted to try the paper steamboat. As usual, i was slightly late. Heh.. when i got there, their orders had already arrived. They all ordered the paper steamboat.....

Gorzilla (Brian) ordered the kimchi, Ah Mah Pig (Joanna) ordered the salmon while Mummy Gorzilla (Elica) ordered the chicken.

We were also informed that for every 2 paper steamboat ordered, we are entered to a free chicken karage.

The chicken karage is oh so crispy! YUM! lol

If i ordered another paper steamboat, we could haf got another free chicken karage but i was craving for rice instead. However, the server adviced that they just finished the rice and are cooking a new pot so it might be a rather long wait. He suggested i try their spicy ramen instead. When i mentioned i can't really take spicy food, the server offered to make it extra less spicy for me. And so i took up his recommendation.....

The spicy chicken ramen. I found the noodles not bad and the chicken dat came wif it happened to also be the chicken karage.

Shortly after, Jasmine called and said she wants to join us. She ordered a beef paper steamboat.....

and because of that, we got another free chicken karage! hahhaa...

The pricing of the food here is not bad. My spicy chicken ramen was ard... $8.80. Their paper steamboat was... i cant remember .. maybe ard $12.. thereabout. heh.. taste was not bad also. Worth a try!
