we went to the.indulge at the cathay.
overall, they loved the food i recommended. but i gotta say, the standard for this place has dropped greatly.
the chinese salmon sashimi....
the salmon and the avocado is no longer in thick cubes like it used to be so in terms of kou gan (texture), its not as hearty to savour in my view. doesnt look as presentable as well.
the prawn in garlic mayo...
the standard for this remained. it was good.
pasta wise, i went for the lobster pasta with cream sauce...
the pasta sauce was fabulous like before. squiddy tasted it and raved abt how this is probably her favourite pasta from now on. i really like it too except that i noted the lobster is not as sizable or fresh like before.
fishy had the aglio olio lobster pasta....
was also good. same comments for the lobster.
squiddy had a chicken chop...
which she found to be of very good standard as well.
