Miss Maud Swedish (Perth)

Prior to coming over to Perth, i read the forums and found out about Miss Maud. Its a Swedish hotel with a buffet restaurant. They are apparently very famous for their Smorgasbord Breakfast!

princess cake!



the ikea singapore got me thinking dat the top part of the princess cake is kaya.. i should haf known! haha.. nevertheless, their princess cake is still pretty good especially the cake and cream area. I merely didnt like the green part which is marzipan instead of kaya.

kinda reminds me of Broth's Pavlova with egg white in the centre and meringue like pastry on the side and custard on the top.. pretty good!

overall a delightful meal!
