Hairloom Caramel Cafe

after i introduced shuping to the caramel cafe's roe pasta the last time, she was hooked. and like me, she craves for it so today we fixed a date to head down together.

and naturally, we had one of the must haves vitaplum...



refreshing and definitely sets on craving for more. its got yakult and plum juice (and plum bits).

also shared a couple of cupcakes...





their cupcakes look pretty and also taste pretty decent if u ask me.

and of course, our star!



its just so special. i have never had anything close elsewhere. its got a slight lemon taste with a good portion of roe. its darn good!

TCC

Dinner at TCC. Xiaoqi had some steak sandwich...



i had a halibut pasta...



lydia had a seafood aglio...



i guess u can barely go wrong with seafood aglio!

we also shared a warm chocolate cake as dessert!

The King Louis

for dinner, i met up with the butter girls at vivo and we ended up at The King Louis...

it was quite a decent platter of meat with mussels. i quite liked their fish.

and we were lucky, there was some fireworks going on at RWS side...

My Kenteen

after work, i met up with loh gong zai at singapore poly for My Kenteen.. located at Singapore Poly Foodcourt 3...

am darn lazy to describe the food. overall its was fine but the cha soba was superb!

Shin Minori

today, the japanese buffet group strikes again! we usually head to to ikoi where alvin recommended but today we decided to check out a new place that Lea recommended.

Shin Minori is located at UE Square...

generally, the variety here is better than ikoi. taste wise, both are good in different ways. ikoi is a lot more cozy but cramped but minori did feel more comfy. both are good.
