Yan Ting

Our Fathers' Day brunch was organised at Yan Ting.


Located within St Regis, Yan Ting had the same simple classy and elegant decor....







Brunch was at $108++ per person. It was ala carte buffet and it came with a abalone soup and lobster (1 serving per pax)...


the soup was served in a tea pot....



it tasted like essence of chicken which i love very much! Finished the whole pot. Inside the pot was a serving of abalone!

VERY YUMMY LOBSTER! of a right size!

deep fried soon hock! IT WAS SO GOOD! and the best part is, you can decide how many pieces to order so theres all the variety w/o wastages!

the roast duck, soya chicken and char siew were so so but the roast pork was very good!  Crispy on the top and tender meat on the bottom.

food was overall really good with good quality! Too bad we couldn't eat more!
