Tian Fu Steamboat

after work today, i arranged to meet up with loh gong zai. decided to try out the Tian Fu steamboat that meina has been strongly recommending.

it is located along 214 tanjong katong road s437007.

http://www.tianfusteamboat.com.sg

according to meina, their food items are very fresh and she really likes it so much that she can eat it a few times a week!

noticed that over here, they have quite a variety of soup base. rather interesting ones in fact.. they even have 'premium' ones like scallop or lobster soup base.

i actually cant remember what we took but we went for the buffet...

luncheon meat was not part of the buffet (sad)... so we had to order seperately...

also ordered a side order of fried pig intestine...

wow, this is done very nicely! its crispy and quite yummy!

Australian Milk Company (Hong Kong)

Good morning Hong Kong!

Breakfast! NEED to find the Australian Milk Company we missed the other day!
the hotel concierge gave us directions to get to the outlet near Jordan MTR...

this is the same outlet that i went with mum last year... this is a good outlet to go coz its right next to the famous wanton mee Mak's noodles!

breakfast set ...

comes with macaroni, toast, scrambled egg and a hot drink.

the macaroni is not as good as the previous time but still not bad.

THE TOAST!!!! the toast is damn GOOD! people who know me would know i seldom praise bread.. to me they are just flour and a waste of my stomach storage space.. but their toast is soooo good! i think its got to do with the butter they apply and its thick and soft yet nicely toasted.. DAMN NICE.

THEIR SCRAMBLED EGGS! again, how can something so simple be done SO WELL? haha.. really got to be one of the best scramble eggs i've ever had (in my view). I really really like it!

and of coz, how can i forget the very very smooth steamed milk...

the toast and scrambled was so good we ordered extra...

YUMMY!!

iced lemon tea..
