Lawry's

joelle and myself went for high tea over at Lawry's!




we actually googled around for a good high tea place and they were all pretty expensive (around $38++). we finally found Lawry's at $15 only! though its not buffet spread, it was good enough coz we werent looking to really eat a lot.

there is a choice of one savory and one sweet item from the list...



also comes with choice of a drink and both of us chose pineapple!



for my savory, i chose the prime rib yorkshire roll up!



it was not bad. i like lawry's yorkshire pudding to begin with. i wished they gave bigger pieces of the beef instead of chopping it into these small pieces.

joelle chose a (boring in my view.. hahhaa) cajun chicken salad..



which was boring like i said. hahaha.. she barely finished it!

For sweet, i had a scones and they were pretty awesome especially with the cream!



joelle had a bread butter pudding with ultra mini scoop of ice cream...



so stingy with the ice cream! barely a scoop.. think its probably a quarter scoop la!
