Waraku

Aloy and i reminded Meina of that tuna and egg sushi at Waraku and we cheong ECP all the way to the East Coast Waraku.

Aloy ordered maguro sashimi (Meina's favourite)...



and the maguro yukke gunkan (the tuna and egg one), we had initially ordered one set for each of us (two in a set) but Meina said not enough so we ordered another 2. And i ordered the tororo gunkan (fresh yam and egg) to try and aloy ordered the uni sushi.. so the result was.....

the fresh yam one is quite tasteless. The uni one was good. The tuna and egg one was yummilicious. Like i said, it has a melt in ur mouth feel when the egg yolk bursts in ur mouth and flows down ur throat. But u cannot eat too much of it. Like Meina, she had 4 and she said she feels its abit too much.

And Meina ordered the corochan steak....



we requested for it not to be well done but medium rare. The server checked and came back saying they will do it for us this time but no next time. Sounds weird. Anyway, i think this steak is not worth ordering anyway.

And Aloy ordered the gyu tangue sioyaki...



its actually the tongue of a cow...



u pan fry it urself...



and of coz, when at waraku, i almost would never fail to have this....



hehe.. need i say more?
