i had a tenderloin steak...
because its served on hot plate, i requested for it to be done rare...
the steak was pretty good. i requested for garlic sauce. satisfied my cravings for steak!
Brownie special...
cubes of brownie served with 3 scoops of ice cream namely mocha, chocolate and caramel. i requested for the chocolate to be changed to macademia and it was yummy.

Rare is a little too uncooked for my likings. So you like it close to raw eh?
nono. haha.. i only asked for it to be rare cos its served on hot plate. so when it arrived, i quickly cut it into bite size and 'cook' it on the plate. i prefer it medium rare but i didnt want it to be too cooked. dats why.
