Scallop carpaccio....
this is very good! its one of the nicest scallop carpaccio i've ever tasted. the other scallop carpaccio usually uses fresh and very very soft scallops. so soft u can barely taste the scallop or feel the scallop texture but this one was different. it has a bit more texture and more importantly, the sauce was a bit sour, very refreshing. its very good!
we also shared the fried cheese thingy coz carol has recommended it...
overall its pretty good. i especially like the sauce that comes along with it. its like honey but its not very thick! yum yum! jeremy likes it so much he used it along wif his mains as well. haha

personal favourite! love the chilled noodles in the sesame like sauce taste.. YUMMMMiliOUS!

leonard had a seafood gratin....
the top layer where the cheese and seafood is is very good! the bottom part where the pasta is gets gerlard after awhile. But overall still a nice dish!
my beef straganov......
whats there not to like about this dish. one look and it makes u hungry already.. the yellow runny egg covers the tasty butter rice and the beef is cooked in yummy brown sauce. maybe the only thing is the beef is not tender or beefy enough but overall i really like this dish!

its also really good. comes with a big piece of cheese on top. nicely seasoned grilled fish.
for desserts, we only shared a macha ice cream coz we were all very full towards the end. it was served in a very interesting way.....
yes, the bowl is actually made of ice. in the picture, i had thought that the bowl was made of mochi. haha..
i like the tang yuan, its very soft! but if i visit ma maison again, i'd probably not order this, i'll most probably order my favourite brownie instead... ma maison serves one of the best brownie!
