this place really has a strong colonial charm which i really liked.
food wise..
there was potato soup and beef broth.. cynthia took the potato soup ...
it was not bad.
i was meaning to go for the beef broth but eventually forgot coz there was too much to eat. haha
the chilled seafood section....

the crab was nice!
oysters...
didnt find the oysters very fresh though.
but i love them big prawns!
they are really big! and fresh! they have them bbq-ed and boiled. Very yummy! i had like 4 - 5 of them! *bliss*

there was cream cauliflower, cream scallops (yum!), beef stroganov, tomato chicken, cream salmon and another cream sauced beef cubes...
they all taste REALLY REALLY GOOD!
more importantly, they have a bbq section where there are chefs who will do the bbq....
maybe other hotels have bbq sections as well but most of those which i've tried doesnt have a bbq section. even when they do, the items arent as fresh or as good in quality as over here!

the sausages are so good! the steak is in big pieces and of the right doneness and the prawns are the big big ones! Hao hao chi!!
pasta was the tortellini...
which was just so so, nothing impressive.
desserts section...
They also have the mini chocolates.....
and fondue....
i really like their buffet. its by far one of my favourite hotel buffets.
Buffet dinner goes with $69+++ per pax
