after work, i headed to meet Jerrold at Celina's at Duxton.
Apple cider!!
i was missing apple ciders!
we didn't order mains, only went for small plates.
chicken and bacon croquettes ($10)....
one of jerrold's favourties. it was nice with the creamy centre.
one of their daily specials, not on the menu is their salted egg pork ribs...
its not bad although i think i would have liked it a lot better if the ribs had more meat.
meatballs ($10)...
im usually very into meatballs but their beef meatballs taste very much like mutton. i couldnt handle the taste at all so jerrold had to finish the rest.
miso pork belly ($10)...
the pork belly was fairly tender. relatively nice.
overall its a nice chill out place. but i think the prices are a little steep for the portions.
