their selection today is fabulous!

nice sauce but the veal was a bit tough.
scones....
it is undeniably the BEST scones i've had so far. Not that i've had many but it really is the best in terms of texture. even the jam and cream that came with it was fabulous! Its really really GOOD!

cold cuts.... they have ROCKETS!! you can imagine how ecstatic i was.. hehe...

very nice yummy steak! done medium rare! oh so goooooood!!
the desserts section...

their macaroons were a bit too sweet for my liking though.
chocolate fondue!
with extension dippers! i think yan will love this! i love love love the cherries!
and its funny.. we agreed the cherries remind us of my cherry earrings. haha
ice cream and sorberts...
cheese selection...
they have bleu cheese!
the other reason why i love Scotts Lounge's high tea is because of their tea selection. Aside from the common english breakfast (which i like), earl grey and camomile, they also have other selection. I love their vanilla something tea. their shanghai rice is also good!
over all, the food selection today is very good. even clammy ate a lot. we've never seen her eat so much.

i went on 25 oct sat... there was only a pathetic serving of shrimp in a cup, smoked salmon on soggy bread, old lamb cut, bits of trout fish, dry duck tart & tuna sandwich. no sushi no codfish nadda.... never going back again!
im sorry to hear about that. wouldnt know why, did u check with them?
btw, did they have the scones?
