there were big crowds everywhere so Anna brought us to the Forum Seafood Restaurant along boat quay.
it was some set meal thingy at $9.90.
you get choice of soup which we all went for soup of the day...
was some winter melon soup. taste was not bad.
den there was a choice of either fried or steamed cod fish...
according to the rest who have been here before, the portion has strinked terribly!
den you get choice of 2 dishes. According to the rest who have been here, it should actually be 2 choices per 2 person. But this time they made us choose 2 choices per 4 pax.
we went for the stir fried beancurd and sweet and sour chicken...
both dishes tasted quite ok.
there was supposed to be another vegetable dish which never came. fruits also never did come. Basically the waiting time for this place is HORRIBLE. we waited almost 45 mins! also, we literally had to walk to get our own rice before they were willing to serve it to us and the worst part was, it wasnt even busy. there was like only 5 tables around? everyone was just waiting and waiting and waiting for the food to come. we had to repeat and repeat and repeat asking for things like rice. and we gave up on the vegetables because we had to rush back to work. they even refused to give us a refund.
