Mazazu Crepe

I quote Meixin.. " My ex-colleague went all the way to Japan to get this franchise launched in Singapore, she did all the work such as sourcing for suppliers and shop, liaising with the Japanese owner, arranging for renovations, etc. It is never easy being a businesswoman but it is definitely a happy thing for her as she finally got her wish fulfilled.

Mazazu Crepe is located at Suntec City near to the Tasty Treatz corner opposite Carrefour. I only got to see the empty shop when i went with her months back, havent been there to check it out the crepe coz work has been rather hectic recently. Hopefully i can pop by this Sat for her official opening and post some yummy crepe pics here. Spread the word around if you are food lovers....

from the display, they look SO GOOD. Not sure if u guys remember, i think long long ago when Bugis junction just opened for business, they used to have this crepe stall at the basement and i used to love their crepe. Too bad they closed down. Well, the crepes from Mazazu is pretty similiar but Mazazu probably has a larger variety.

but the crepe skin is really very soft! i know some people like crispy skins but i belong to the category who likes soft soft skins.

and alot of liao....



u probably can tell, i went for tuna and mayo. Its not bad.. i'd probably want to head back to try their sweet crepes the nxt time.
