SML (Hong Kong)


after training, we arranged to go for dinner together. I brought them over to SML at Causeway Bay!

drinks! i had a moscato...




we shared most of the dishes. they generally liked this recommendation and the SML concept. you basically can order either Small, Medium or Large sizes of a particular item. works damn well for people like me who loves variety.

beef carpaccio...



this is great! thinnly sliced beef... with good amount of cheese and rockets. awesome!

prawns with caesar salad...




seafood paella...



philip loved it. he said its his favourite amongst the other dishes.

pork belly...



looks better than it tastes. the skin is not crispy enough and meat is a little tough.





garlic prawns...



also pretty good. favourite of terence and eugene.

some prawn toast thingy...





SUPER GOOD VONGOLE!!



big clams with very tasty pasta! the vongole taste is soooo good!

foie gras...



u just cant go wrong with foie gras. the bread below is forgettable but the foie gras is good!

becky and terence shared a bbq platter that looks orgasmic to even just look at it...




its got ribs, steak, drumstick, etc...



mushroom and truffle rissotto..





oxtail rissotto...



the oxtail one is nicer than the mushroom one.

philip, leon and myself being steak lovers, went for the steak!



it was MMmmmm.. yummy! leon's favourite!

becky's cute little mango meringue...




and leon's apple crumble which was soooo good!




SML has a beautiful view!
