Itacho

for dinner, we went over to itacho. super long queue! bumped into ah mah pig and ah gong pig at the entrance, they were just leaving and they have joked to say they conclude that i visit itacho everyday! hahaha

omelette which we ordered only 2, they gave us 5 and super insist that we were wrong... and also got a two other table's orders wrong. a clear cut case of a restaurant being too busy and not being able to cope. their salvation is that most of their sushi are nice (plus people have probably been waiting for too long, got too hungry hence would eat almost anything that comes along)...



my true love - roasted fish dorsal...



today's one still melts in the mouth with the fish's natural fats but the fish slice seems to be smaller and makes the texture a little too smooth for any contrast. still nice, just not as nice.
