Bei Fang Shao Kao

I was craving for the bbq beancurd skin that Bernard recommended me the last time so we agreed to head back. i was still pretty full from lunch and only wanted the beancurd skin but bernard went ahead and ordered A LOT of food coz he had a rough day.

first there was fried potato...



the potato kinda tasted like cucumber and it was sour coz its cooked in vinegar (i think). its really good. very crunchy and appetising.

den was the jelly fish and cucumber....



i love jelly fish! particularly the texture!

his fried brinjals...



some beef stomache and meat thingy...



it smelled and tasted like some aroma theraphy thing.. i didnt like it.

fried squid..



i found the squid pieces too small so i didnt really like it either.

and finally....



i had almost 4 sticks of the beancurd skin!!



it really is damn good!
