salmon with 3 kinds of smelt roe....
this salmon dish was not bad
cuttlefish and fermented beans.....
i like cuttlefish generally and i ordered this mainly to try how the fermented beans taste. Its very very sticky.. kinda grossed out by how sticky they are.
the fried tofu...
jo and i both agreed their fried tofu is not very nice be it in terms of the taste or texture.
the crab mayo handroll...
was pretty good. good enuff for jo to order 2 of it.
soft shell crab...
jo thot it was not bad, i didnt quite like it.
